I have been unable to print a single noodle for two months. When I issue ticket, I get response, but the link leads to login page which leads nowhere. I cannot get hold of any company representative ever. They recommended me using older software, bud failed to provide links to xyz maker. I doubt anyone has ever seen Nano printing.

The Mac version still has some serious problems, and their tech support is just as bad.
